Merry Christmas!

I went to the "Hikari no mori" to watch the movie with my boyfriend. We watched the "007 Spectre". I watched the 007 for the first time.
It was interesting. I can hear the famous words. The word is "The name is Bond. James Bond".

Then, I got a sweater and room socks. It is Christmas present. I was very glad! Instead, I presented socks to him. He was glad. So I was glad too.

I ate a luxurious dish with my family after I went home. I eat paella and chicken every year at my home. It was very delicious! I overate myself just carelessly. Also, I drank champagne.
I drank this last year, but did not think that it was delicious in those days. However, I felt it is delicious! I feel having become an adult only a little.

After that I ate a cake!
My younger sister bought this cake in Tsuruya department store. That cake shop is my favorite. The taste was very good! The sponge was fluffy and the strawberries are sweet-and-sour.

By the way, I think the Japanese is strange, because we aren't a Christian, but we hold Christmas. Christmas is the festival which celebrates Christ's birth. I think many Japanese aren't thinking about Christ's birth. (I'm same as them, too.)

 In the U.K. and the United States, people spend Christmas with a family basically at home. In Japan, people spend the day with friends or a lover. When I was watching a TV programs, I was surprised. The home of Christmas, people don't eat the cake.
 I didn't know that so far. I think the Japanese likes taking an event of an other country in.

Also, Santa Claus didn't come to my house. When I was a child, he came every year. When I know that Santa Claus was my parents, I was very shocked. However, I believe that there is Santa Claus.

My comics

There are a lot of comics my house.

My favorite comic is "The card captor Sakura". Probably, 20 years old or the 21-year-old person know these comics. When I was an elementary school student, this was released, and the animation of this was broadcast, too. I liked this comic since that time.

The main character is Sakura.
One day, she found a strange book by her father's stacks. Suddenly, Cerberus who is the beast of the seal appears from the book. It was made by Clow Reed who was a wizard. The cards "Clow card"of the wizardry was contained in the book, but a seal was broken, and the card has been scattered somewhere. Sakura becomes the card captor by Cerberus and struggles for collecting cards.

 I like Sakura, because she is a cheerful and doesn't never give up. She always say, "It's OK by all means." When she says, her friends, her family and even we can believe her, too. She makes everybody happy.

Not only she but also other characters are attractive. For example, Tomoyo Daidoji. She is Sakura's best friend. She thinks of Sakura importantly. Another one is Syaoran Ri. He came from Hong Kong to collect the Clow cards. He regarded Sakura with hostility, but he is attracted later by her.

 Also, this comic was released in 1996 and was released with a recreation last year. (this picture)
I have both. An author is four women called "CLAMP". The picture which they draw is cute and beautiful. So I like it. If you don't know this comic, or you have not read, you should read it. You will be attracted by Sakura's charm.

Review 5 Toy story

I watched "Toy story" after a long time. When I watched the movie before, I thought that toys have the feelings. However, I was able to watch from a viewpoint different than the time I watched this before.

 There are some scenes that I was impressed by. First, there is the scene where Woody is jealous of Buzz. I feel like understanding Woody's feeling. Woody was Andy's favorite. However, Andy became crazy for Buzz, because he was the newest toy. So I think that Woody was worried that Buzz catch the place of Andy's favorite. Also, I think that Woody envies Buzz.

Second, there's the scene where Buzz realizes that he is only a toy. He completely believed that he was a space ranger. Therefore, he was very shocked. It may be sad to know the fact. I sympathized with him. However I think that he grew up by having realized that.

They seem to be human, so we are easy to empathize with. I really empathized with them, too. For example, Woody is a peace officer, and an appearance is like the human being.
In addition, he has cunning and the desire to be like a human being, too.

I think the theme of this movie to be the "friendship". It is the friendship between toys, and the toys and the friendship with the owner.

Woody and Buzz are caught by Sid who destroys toys at the middle stage of this movie. Woody can't run away by himself. Even if he can return by himself, he has to return with Buzz. So they must cooperate with each other. As a result, they are reconciled and become close friends. In addition, he regains the trust of his other friends.

Also, the toys can't choose an owner.
On the other hand, the owner can choose the toys. In the end of the movie, Woody escapes from Sid's house and returns to Andy. In other words, he chose his owner by oneself. There is a scene from which Andy gets a new present, but Woody is relaxed, because he can stay with the owner who he chose by himself.

The movie is wonderful. The person to see this may receive some impressions.

My favorite illustrators

I have some favorite illustrators.

First, my favorite illustrator is HIZGI.
I think that her illustration is weird, but cute.
I found the illustration from the blog of my favorite singer.
She usually draws girl's pictures. The girls are unique.
It is bad girls and the girl who made a ghost a motif.
I was attracted by her picture.


Second, my favorite illustrator is Yurie Sekiya.
Her illustration is very cute! She draws the girls and animals. Their eyes shine very much. I think that most girls like her illustration. She held a private exhibition in October of this year. I had not known her yet, so I couldn't go to the private exhibition. If her private exhibition is held again, I want to there. I hope it is held at least in Fukuoka. Also, she draws the comics.
I want to read it.

Third, Kubonouchi Eisaku. 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

The picture which he draws is very delicate and is beautiful. Especially, I like this illustration (The right picture).

The title of the picture of the upper left is "older temptation". She puts a forefinger on his mouth.

The next picture will be the 10 years later. He puts a forefinger on her mouth. The position of the boy and the girl reverses.

 After that, they get married.  A daughter is born among them. She puts a forefinger on the mouth of father in the same way as mother.

This illustration is very wonderful and this picture makes the person who sees happy.

Lastly, Yuki Tokuda. Her illustration is funny and cute. Her private exhibition is held now in Tokyo. I want to really see her works, but can't go because it is far. If it is held near, I certainly go. Furthermore, her anthology is released on this month 18. I'm going to buy it. I can't wait for release!

I wonder why they can draw the wonderful pictures. I want to draw the wonderful pictures like them.

The car washing

These days, I washed the car with my boyfriend, and I washed the car for the first time. His car was very dirty. We went to the gasoline station. We can wash the cars there. The gasoline stand is very large, and many cars gather there. So there is his favorite gasoline station.

First, I sprinkled water to the car using a hose. I remove dirts with water.

Next, we sprinkled soapsuds to the car. The car becomes full of soapsuds.

After that, we washed the car using the car-washing materials and I sprinkled water again. I remove soapsuds with water.

After car washing finished, he moved the car, and we wiped a car with a towel. I wipe it well so that a drop of water is not left.

And we waxed the car. This work gets tired. So I think that this work should be two people.

When I finished all work, the car is very clean and beautiful!
The surface did this car was smooth when I touched it. I was worth having done the best.
I came to like car washing. If the car becomes dirty again, I want to wash it.

Learning with computer

Many people use the computer in the society. They use it to working, mailing, watching moves, and so on. Especially, Google is very convenient, because all most people can searching everything. If they don't know a place, they can searching for there. And they can watching the movies in the google of the internet. So they don't have to watch the TV.

At KGU, all most student use the computer. They often use it in the writing class. And the students use it to do assignments. They always have to make the reports, typing, essay, book review, and so on. There are a lot of computers in the library. So the students always use it there in the free time.

Also, If they use the computer very well, they useful for job hunting. All most job is use the computer. So If they can't use the computer, they will difficult to get job. Recently, even the elementary school students use the computer in the class.

Finally, the computer is necessary to people's life. All most people use it now. People who using the computer will increase.

My favorite color

My favorite color is red and pink. I have the red clothes much. I often wear red clothes. Especially, I often wear the red sweatshirt to the school. When I don’t wear it, I put on red socks. So my friends said that my image color is red. On the other hand, I have a lot of pink accessories. A pencil case, smart phone, a notebook and a pocket diary are almost pink. I like warm color than cold color, because the warm color is bright. I don’t have blue or purple things so much. But I don’t have hate color. I think that all color is important. For example, wedding dress and mourning clothes. White shows the happy. And black shows the grief. There are many colors, but after all I like red and pink.

I will choose red and pink if said that I choose the favorite color.

My favorite drink

My favorite drink is coffee, because the smell and the taste are good. After the part-time job has ended, I often drink it. When I drink it, I’m relaxed. I put milk in coffee.

I don’t put the sugar, because I don’t’ like sweet coffee. My parents don’t put sugar in it. I’m also affected by my parents, so I don’t it.

Sometime, I order the coffee and the cake at the café. The cake is sweet, so it can hold down the sweetness of cake with the coffee.

I have begun to drink it from last year. When I was a high school student, I couldn’t drink it, because it was very better. So I drank the juice. I think that I became an adult a little more than before.

Also I want to know the kind of the coffee. If I know it, I can drink coffee more deliciously.

My favorite cake

My favorite cake is a strawberry layer cake, because it taste is good, and I have the memories about it. When I was young, I made the cake with my young sister and my mother in Christmas and the birthday. I didn’t know how to make the cake, so I was taught by my mother. I and my sister whisked up the fresh cream. And we spread it to the sponge cake. We ate the remaining whipped cream. After that, we put the strawberry on the cake.  After my father came back, I ate it together with everybody.

I remember that the cake was very delicious. My father and mother were glad. I and my sister were happy. I want to make the cake again.

My favorite season

My favorite season is winter, because I can enjoy dressing. The fashion item increases in winter. For example, outer wear, scarf, knit cap, and so on. I was interested in a fashion, after going into the university. I liked summer better than winter before. But I have noticed that a fashion cannot be enjoyed in summer, since it is hot, there are few fashion items in summer.

And, food is delicious in winter.  As for this season, oden and one-pot dishes are delicious. Warm food feels it more delicious just because it is cold.

Also, there are big event in winter. It is the Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

In Christmas, illuminations are decorated in the town. It is very beautiful.

And In the New Year’s Eve, there are many interesting TV programs. I look forward to watching them every year. So I like the winter!

My favorite movie

My favorite movie is Harry Potter. I like Harry Potter. I saw all Harry Potter's movies in the movie theater. When I was an elementary school student, I saw the movie for the first time. Especially, I like “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone”, because main characters are lovely and the story is interesting. But the movie of the series has finished seven years ago. I was sad and I was surprised that about ten year has passed since I saw the movie first.  But “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” was opened in USJ this year. I would like to go there very much. I want to experience Harry Potter’s world there. Not only the movie but I also read some originals. I would like to read them, when I have time.

My favorite shoes

My favorite shoes are sneakers. I have three sneakers now. I always wear it to school,  because the sneakers are easy to walk, and I am not tired. When I was a freshman, I often wore pumps. But I got tired immediately. And I have to wear it at the time of a concert or a drinking session. So I don’t like pumps.

Also, the sneakers which I like most are sneakers of Vans. It color is light pink.

It is a design which I can wear immediately. So I always wear it.

The season of winter will come on soon. I would like to wear not a sneaker but boots soon. The favorite boots which I bought last year have broken. So I want new boots.

If it gets warm, I will be going to wear a sneaker again.

My favorite cloth shop

My favorite cloth shop is "UNIQLO". The clothes of the shop have good quality and the plaice is low. There is the shop near my house, so I often go to buy the clothes.

Recently, I bought the skirt and the polo shirt. I can wear in various combinations, so I like these.　And I often wear clothes of the shop to the school well. Also the price of UNIQLO is cheap, many people have the dress there, so the clothes overlap. I don't want to wear the clothes same as somebody.

Now, I'm looking forward a shirt. I'm going to look forward to it in there. If I buy the shirt there, I will wear it to school.

The family restaurant, Joyfull & Royal Host

Royal Host is a family restaurant.  Its flagship store opened in Kitakyushu in 1971.

The restaurant is more expensive than other family restaurants, but the dishes are very delicious. For example, the price of the salada is about 700 yen. There are dishes exceeding 1000 yen.

There is nothing at most restaurants in the restaurant. It is the drink bar,  the smoking seats, and the clocks.

The waiters brings a drink. So the custmers can relax and eat the dishes.

The restaurant is making the seat all the seat prohibition of smoking for children’s health. So woman customers and family groups increased in number.

There is no clock in this store, because the customers can enjoy a meal and the customers don't care about time.

Joyfull (Sakiko Wada)

Joyfull is a family restaurant. There are 730 stores all over Japan, 54 stores in Kumamoto.  The branch is a Oita prefecture,  it is spreaded around the Kyushu. But it has not have in Hokkaido, Tohoku area and a part of Kanto area. Many stores open for 24 hours. It began the business for 24 hours before the convenience store. Smoking seats and nonsmoking seats are separated.

There are a lot of the menu. Mainly menu is the within time menu, the standard menu, the lunch menu. Especially, the hamburger steak is popular in the menu. There are cheese, Japanese style and pepper hamburger steak.  It is the 800 yen with rice. It is carried on the iron plate. There are pasta, the set meal, dessert else. There are some parfait. It is chocolate parfait, cheesecake parfait, green tea parfait. It is famouse for child and student. The price is cheap, taste is good. It can eat 500 yen if it is the set meal. There are 4 set menu, it is the western food set menu,Japanese food set menu, cake set menu, snack set menu.Those combination meals can be attached to the menu of a single article.  It can drink whenever you like if you pay add the money. There are juice, coffee and soup in the drink bar. If you show drink ticket, it can down the price. The ticket can get when it pay the bill.

A lot of customer remain for a long time there. Many customer visit there - family, students, housewife,for example. Various generation use there.It is easy to go there with a group too, so there are many customers every time.They talk, study there. In lunch time, many customer visit there in particular. In the time, it has lunch menu ,so it can eat hamburger steak with rice at 411 yen. Joyfull is cheap price and easy to make use.

The living room

Almost people have own room. 

Some people have not own room, so the living room likes own room. There are many things there. For example, computer, TV, magazines and so on. People can often computer there. There are everything, so it’s convenient. Most people can always stay in the room. When the people go home, they sleep in there. They feel relax. So the time is good.

A family members always gather this room. The girl eats the breakfast, dinner with them everyday. The girl talk and watching TV with them anytime. So the room is a place where the family gets together. If many people argument with the family members, thanks to the room, they can make up with them.

If people have their room, they can put the aroma. And the many people can buy the furniture.

Maybe, people want to file thier clothes. If people have their room, they can file the clothes.

A family moved out in June, this year. The girl had living the house for about 20 years. The girl have many memories in the living room. The girl have many memories in the living room.Especially, it’s Christmas. When the girl was young, there were many dishes in the room. The girl ate the dishes and the Christmas cake with the  family members.The mother’s handmade dishes was very delicious. Next morning, the Christmas present was in bedside. The girl was very glad! The girl thought that Santa Claus brought  the Christmas present. It was the highest Christmas. The girl liked the house till then, but the girl likes the present house.

The girl some problems. If the girl there are the family members in the living room, the girl will not be intensively good at homework. So the girl wants to own room. The girl envious a person who having own room. The girl wants to live alone but the girl can’t it.

When nobody is in the living room, the girl can pass more freely than usual. There are four people in the family, so it is somewhat narrow when four people gather there. The girl go to sleep freery at such time and read the magazines

My favorite place and my childhood memories

I'm going to introduce my favorite place.

The place is Takamori of Aso. Nature is abundant there. And there is my grandmother's house.

 When I was a child, I often went to my grandmother's house in Takamori of Aso. It take about two hours from my house to there by car. I always slept  in the car. Arrived there, I met my grandmother first of all.

  In the summer, there was the summer festival in there. There were a lot of the stalls. I wore a yukata to the festival. I always bought the yakisoba and watagashi with my young sister. And there was the fireworks display in the festival. The fireworks were very beautiful. Next day, there were many festival cars. The festival cars made from an empty can etc. It was so big.
  Also my uncle came back from Nagoya to Kumamoto in summer every year. I and my young sister liked him, and we played with him.

In the winter, it snowed in Aso. So I built some snow men. But it is very cold in the winter of Aso.
Since it is too, cold, we seldom go there in winter.

Furthermore, I have a favorite place of the Takamori. First, it is the Takamori station.There was a steam train. It is very cool. So, many people come to see there.

Second,  there is spring water tunnel in Aso. I had been there. Inside the tunnel, there are many frame for the strip of paper. The strip of paper with a wish written on it. It is very beautiful. And water is flowing in the tunnel. So it is very cool there.

Third, there is the Takamori hot spring. I went to there with my grandmother, my mother, and my young sister. It was very good. And I always ate the ice cream after taking  a bath.

 Recently, I can't go Aso and my grandmother's house. So I want to go there in this summer vacation. And I would like to go my favorite places.

The window-shopping

On the way back from the errand, I went shopping in Tsuruya department store.
That place was a Christmas mood.

I thought I'd like to make some presents my boyfriend at Christmas. However, I didn't know what to present to him. So I looked for that.

First, I went to the notions counter, "Afternoon tea". There were many mugs for presents there. It was good, but I presented a mug cup to him before.

Next, I went to other notions counter. I found the bath salts. However, I thought that he wouldn't use bath salt.

Unintentionally, I had a good idea. I thought I send socks to him. Socks are usable every day, and the price is reasonable, too.
However, I did not know well what kind of design he liked. So I didn't buy it yet.

I'm going to buy go to buy it on another day. If he's glad, I'm happy.

The errand

I went to the Tsuruya department store on an errand for my mother. She said, "I want to
buy a picked plum and a steamer."

First, I went to the basement of the department store to buy it. The area was full of aunties, and the youth was only me. It was found immediately.

 Next, I went to the tableware section. There were a lot of aunties there. I felt that it was out of place that there was me here. I looked for the steamer under them. However, I seldom cook, so I didn't know well what the steamer was.

 I asked a shop assistant about that place and found it. When I took it to the cash register, I was spoken to a clerk. She said, "Did you come by the errand of mother?" There was a person who understands me, and I was relieved. I was a little embarrassed of my being on this floor.

I achieved an envoy safely. It was very out of place, but I did my best. However, If possible, I didn't want to run an errand so much.

BR 2-08: Oliver Twist

I think that there are two kinds of bad people in this book. One is the bad person who is an ill-tempered person, and the person who became a bad person inevitably to survive another by the inferior environment.

I think that this is Oliver's story, but the story of bad people gathering around him too. If I was born in inferior environment, I would become a bad person to live. However, I don't forget the conscience.

 Also, there are a good person and bad person. The good person is rich while the bad person is poor. They are living on the subsistence level. So they are has no inner peace of mind.

BR 2-07: The secret garden

I thought that the book is wonderful story. Selfish Mary grows into a kind child and she has some best friends. I was very impressed. You should read the book!

Mary who lived in India loses parents for a disease. She will live in the U.K where her uncle lives. Her parents didn't pay attention to her, so he became a selfish child. The garden of Craven who is her uncle was very large. Mary plays in there, and talk with robin. There was the garden among walls in the garden. The garden was closed by the law of the Craven.

BR 2-06:The ugly ducking

I know the outline, I read the book before. It is the nostalgic for me. 

When I read the book, I wonder there was the swan's egg in the duck's nest. If there was the egg in the swan's nest, the ugly ducking doesn't have hard time.

In the scene where he was suffered, I was very sad. However, when he became a beautiful swan, I was very glad. He is better-looking than every kind of birds. I didn't know what kind of form a chick of a swan was doing. I thought the chick of a swan was white, but it was different actually. So I was surprised.

BR 2-05 White Fang

White Fang is very strong and tricky, but he fight with the bulldog which trained and he lost. He received a fatal injury. Scott found him, and he breed. White Fang touched by people's kindness for the first time.
One day, Jack who is a prison breaker has come to his house to take revenge. White Fang  repulsed him desperately. As a result, White Fang became a member of a Scott family.


I read this book and was impressed, because White Fang understood the people's kindness. I think that he became docile. He was strong, but he knew the kindness of the person and became stronger.

The new wolkman

I bought the new wolkman. I borrowed Walkman of my younger sister so far and used it. One day, she said "Return my wolkman. Buy a new one by oneself." So I had to buy it.
First, I went to K's denki which is in front of KGU to examine what kind of walkman there was.
There were a few kind of the wolkman. I didn't know which the best product. So I took back the catalog. I read it. I decided this wolkman (this picture). The battery is last a long time, and it can take a lot of music. Furthermore, it is lighter than it which I used before. I thought that it is very good!

Next day, I bought it. I came back home, I charged it, and I took the music in the wolkman. It is comfortable to use. I was right in choosing the wolkman. This is necessary to my life.

The new hand cream

I bought the new hand cream in the L'occitane. The shop is on the 1st floor of the Tsuruya department store. The hand cream smells is the jasmine. I like it.

I wash the dishes by a part-time job. So my hand dries. I dry in particular in winter. I bought this to prevent dry. However, when I apply this, my skin doesn't dry. I'm always helped by this.

There is a kind of much in this hand cream, and I have bought several those. Those are shea butter, the lavender, the Verbena. All of them had good feel and were a good fragrance, but my favorite hand cream is jasmine. The price is about 1000 yen. It is slightly expensive, but is very good. If you buy a hand cream, I recommend this.

Review 4 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

I watched the "Indiana Jones" for the first time. The movie and the music are very famous. The music is the "Raiders March". I have played this music an electone in the past, so I know it.

Also, Harrison Ford is very cool. His acting is wonderful.

 The movie is very interesting for me. It was thrilling all the way through.

For example, the pilots disappear and the scene where an airplane crashes. How do Indiana escape from this crisis? So I watched it on the edge of my seat.

And the scene where the ceiling with many needles comes down in a cave. I was not able to watch that Indiana might die. Willie who is a singer is going to help him, but she doesn't know that he is the dangerous situation just now. So she doesn't try to hurry. I was very irritated with her.  Furthermore, she succeeded to help him but her clothes were caught on a lever, and the ceiling fell again. I felt impatient. 

In addition, I was surprised by him. There's a scene of a rope bridge. Indiana was attacked on both side on the rope bridge. Willie and Short who are his group were there, too. And there is a river under the rope bridge, and there are many crocodiles. He was driven into a corner. I couldn't imagine it what he would do. Then he cut a rope in a bridge with a big knife. He was winding a rope around a leg so as not to fall. I was very surprised. It is nice idea. I thought he is smart, but it is very dangerous. This is a breathtaking scene.

 I think Indiana is crazy in a sense. You will have a terrible experience if you with him. That's exactly why you can enjoy the adventure. So he is a person loved by everybody.

The movie is very interesting, but I think that there are a lot of violent scenes in the work and cruel situations. A website says, there is a prejudice against India and Hinduism. I think so too. However, this is a fictitious story. I think you don't worry about it so much.

I like this movie, so I'd like to watch all movies of the Indiana Jones series.

BR 2-04:Jack and the beanstalk

I read "Jack and the beanstalk". It is very famous children's story. I knew the title of this book, but did't know the contents of the story. So I knew it this time.

Jack is a main character. One day, his mother ask he to sell the cow to the market. However, Jack meets an old man on the road and he changes the five beans and the cow which the old man had. Jack's mother gets angry, and she throw away the beans.

Next day, the beans were growing into a big tree. Jack climbs the beanstalk and arrives at the castle of the giant on the cloud. He meets a giant's wife. The giant eats children. So he is very dangerous. She says to Jack "Be careful!", but the giant came home. Jack hid the oven. After the giant slept, Jack found a bag of gold and he take it.

Next day, he climbs the beanstalk again. He stole the fowl which lays gold egg. However,  when trying to take a harp, the harp begins to talk, and the giant gets up. Jack climbed down the beanstalk quickly. His mother cut down the beanstalk with an ax.
The giant fell with a thud.

Jack and his mother were very happy. They became richly and lived happily.

I'd like to be richly, too.

Review 3 Romeo ＋ Juliet

When I watched this movie, I was surprised, because it was get in modern times. First, the Montague and Capulet are Mafia families. Second, there are the buildings and the cars in the city. Third, people have guns, but I thought that it was interesting.

After having finished watching this, I became very sad. I don't understand why Shakespeare didn't make the story have a happy ending. I wanted them to be happy. Furthermore, I hated the mail carrier in the movie, because if he had made sure he put the letter in the mailbox, they didn't die.

This is a story of tragedy. Romeo and Juliet are the pitiful people involved in a fight of both families. If they were not the Montague and Capulet, it might be happy ending. However, it would be one of the mere love stories if it were so. I think that this movie may attract a person simply because it is tragedy.

My favorite scene is where Romeo meets Juliet for the first time. When they stare over a aquarium, they are so beautiful. Also, DiCaprio is young and very cool. Claire who acts Juliet is beautiful. I was charmed by them.

When I watched the movie, I noticed something. It is that the words are old-fashioned. There were the words "O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?" that everyone knows. 

The music attracts a person, too. Especially, I like a song called "I'm Kissing You". This song plays in the scene where Romeo meets Juliet for the first time. This song matches this scene very much. Also, the music to play in the end roll arouses sadness. I felt sad by the ending, but became sadder in this music.

I became to like this movie, because story is interesting, and music is good. So I thought that this movie will be popular with many people. I want the DVD of this movie, and I'd like to watch it many times.

BR 2-03:The call of the wild

Like the last time, this picture book was made based on a very famous novel too. The novel is "The call of the wild". The scene of the story is Canada Yukon Territory of the gold rush time of the end of 19th century, Klondike district. The main character is Buck who is a strong dog. One day, he was kidnaped by a gardener's helper and was sold as a sled dog. He's exposed to severe destiny. He acquired communication with human or other dogs, and he learned the way which survives in the severe cold. In the end, Buck's last owner has died, he joins the group of the wolf.
He was called a ghost dog by an Indian and he was feared by them. I thought that his true place is wilderness.

Travel to Nagasaki

I went to Nagasaki with my boyfriend. We went there with an expressway. 

We have arrived at Nagasaki about noon. We went to Nagasaki Station first of all and ate the chanpon. The taste was very good!

Nagasaki had more traffic than Kumamoto. A lot of buses and the streetcars ran. The car also runs in the track of the streetcars. I was surprised, because the scene which isn't seen in Kumamoto. I thought dangerous. Also, Nagasaki has very many slopes.

Next, we went to the Glover-garden. I was sorry a little without being able to see good scenery because it had begun to just rain, but I was glad, because I could look the famous buildings.
After that, we went to a hotel. The hotel is "Mt. Inasa tourist hotel". There is famous by seeing a night view.

And we went to a Chinatown using a streetcar. We were surprised that the rate of the streetcar was low. There was different from the place which we imagined. It was the night of Sunday, there were few people, and there was not vigor. Furthermore, it was raining, so there were cheerless. We ate the Kakuni-man. That was just made and very good. After that we went to a Chinese food restaurant and had dinner. After that, we bought liquor in a convenience store on the way to the hotel. We weren't blessed with weather on the first day, but I had such a good time.

We went to the Nagasaki Port. There were several very big ships there. It was too big, so I wondered why the block of such iron floated in the sea. Also, there were park, and we strolled in there. It was fine and was very comfortable, so I became slightly sleepy.

Next, we went to the Megane-bashi. According to the name, the bridge suited a surface of the water, and that seemed to be glasses. We found the heart stone. There was it in an embankment near the bridge. When I went down the bridge, a river flowed and many carps swam there.

After that, we went to Chinatown, had the lunch. We ate syo-ron-po, nikuman, kakuni-man, and so on. Both of them were delicious. We went to the Nagasaki station and came back to Kumamoto.

I had very happy time in this trip! I want to go there again.

BR 2-02: Adventures of Huckleberry Finn

This picture book was made based on a very famous novel. The novel is "Adventures of Huckleberry Finn". I watched the movie before, so I know the story. The main character is Huckleberry Finn and Jim. Huck is a mischievous child, and he has a quick witted. He escapes from his father who is an alcohol addiction. He meets Jim who is his friend on the way. He is a black and slave.  He has escaped from an employer too. They aim at the Mississippi. They're involved in various troubles. Huck helps Jim with an escape, but he confuse, because, at that time, the slaves is someone's possession. It's same as a steal to help an escape. How does he do? Please read continuation.

BR 2-01： The clumsy crocodile (Felicity Everett, 2002)

Cassy is a crocodile. She goes to the new workplace for the first time. She is going to work in the Everglades where is the biggest in the town. She works eagerly, but she always fails. For example, she smashed many cups, and she accidentally broke some toys, and she dropped a bowl of salad.
Finally, she was told "You're fired!" by her boss. However, she begged him." Just give me one more chance.” As a result, she can work in the Luxury Goods Depertment.
She keeps guard over the Everglades Emerald there, but theieves were hiding in the floor.
They broke the glass that was protecting the Emerald. Cassy rushed to the direction which the noise carried out. At that time, she fell down and toppled the big pot. The pot fitted into their heads entirely. Cassy's boss come, and he thinks that she catch the theieves. Cassy was prised having caught the thieves, and she was given a medal. She become a hero. After that, she become Everglades's Chief!

East Asia citizen coexistence film festival

I went to the film festival performed at KGU. It is "East Asia citizen coexistence film festival." I watched the "Hafu" in there. This is a documentary film about the people of the half. Their distress and pleasure, the social change around them in Japan is given by this movie. And the movie director is half too.

I watched the movie, I thought that the half have suffering very much. I knew that there are various kinds for the half. For example, David is half Japanese and half Ghana. He raised in Japan, but he doesn't know about Ghana at all. And Fusae is half Japanese and half Korea. She didn't know that oneself was a person of mixed parentage.  There would be people who have had trouble with themselves appearance. I'm not a half. So I don't know their pains, but can imagine it. If you're half, you may be able to sympathize with the movie.

I think that the half increase. There are a lot of halves in the entertainment world. When I was a junior high school student, there was a half. I'm envious of the half, because they are cool or beautiful. I judged them from an appearance until now, but I understood that it is wrong. If I'm a half, I don't like what is judged from appearance. I think that we are in the grip of a preconceived notion.

They have the distress of languages. In the movie, there is a boy who is a half Mexico and half Japan. He can speak English, Spanish, and Japanese, but he speak Japanese awkwardly. He always speak in Spanish. His mother wants him to maintain 3 languages. So he is confused. As mentioned above, I'm a Japanese, and I speak Japanese. So I live in Japan, I'm not in trouble about a language.

However, I think that there is a problem in the movie. The movie take up for half with Japanese. For example, He has an American culture, but has not the Japanese culture. In other words, Japanese culture is missing. The movie is made based on Japan. There is only half with Japanese in this movie. There is a half person in America and Korea, it's no problem in the movie. I thought that the directors should take up half besides the Japanese.

I think that we don't judge a people from appearance and should see the contents of the person.

Review 2 Cool hand Luke

 I watched the "Cool hand Luke". When I watched this movie, I admired the rebellious spirit mind that Luke is a main character had. Especially, it is the scene where he breaks out of prison many times. He didn't lose the authority of prison guards and society.

A web site says, "the parking meter of the beginning of the movie was a symbol of absurd authority." If you park on the road, it is the parking violation. However, If you pay money, it isn't violation. I think so too.

 After checking this movie, I knew that there is very famous word. The word is "What we've got here is a failure to communicate." This is the word that the chief of the prison says to Luke. When it's translated literally, this means "I tormented him severely, but he escaped from the prison again." However, true meaning is "There are people who doesn't understood my feelings." I think that the word is a profound meaning.

There are several highlight in this movie. That's a scene of a boxing and the scene where Luke eats 50 boiled eggs in one hour. Luke is beaten up by Dragline who is a boss of the prisoners, but still Luke who stands up is cool. In the scene where he eats the boiled eggs, It isn't that anyone can do it. I can't it too.  And please pay attention to Paul's smiling face. He acts the part of Luke. Even before he die, it was a smiling face. His act is excellent.

Also I thought about the title of this movie. I wonder why the title in Japanese called "Bouryoku datugoku" was named. The original title is better than the Japanese title, because the original title has a proper meaning. "Luke" is a nickname of Lucas who is a main character. "Cool Hand" means, "I don't know what kind of intentions it is." In short, "poker face." The word come out in the scene playing poker.

I think that Luke taught us that he didn't lose authority.

My favorite radio

My favorite radio program is "School Of Lock". This is a radio program for junior high school student or high school student. I'm a university student, but I often hear it. At that time, I didn't hear it, because I wasn't interested in radio program. My mother listens to the radio every day. It was through my mother's influence that I came to hear it. 

We can hear the talk of the popular artists and they answer the worry from the listeners by "School Of Lock". The listeners have the worry only by the student. For example, studying for an exam, club activities, love, and so on. I think that this radio is very interesting, but I would feel I was more interesting when I heard it at that time. I thought that I should hear this radio program at the age of a high school student at least, because it can feel it only in those days. I can sympathize with their worry and feeling, because I was a junior high school student and high school student before.

This radio is broadcast from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. every week. Probably students will study while hearing to this radio. I look forward to hearing it. I will listen to this radio tonight.

Child's play (1988)

Review

I watched the "Child's play". This is the Horror movie, but I didn't feel scary. Charlie's soul of a bloodthirsty killer is transferred to a doll, and the doll is going to kill Andy who is an owner of the doll. The doll talks, walks, and runs. Of course, this is fiction. If a doll talks, I will be surprised very much, and I'd feel scary. It is the scene where Andy's mother was about to be murdered to the doll that I was terrified most. She tried to help Andy. 

I seldom watch the horror movies, but I thought that this movie is not scary. I think that the Japanese horror movies are scarier than the foreign horror movies.

Back to the future (1985)

Review
This is the story by which Marty, who lives in California in 1985 time-travels to 1955.
This is one of famous movies, but I had not seen this movie so far. I felt that movie was very enjoyable. When Marty has time-travelled, Marty's mother loves him. This is the scene which I thought to be particularly enjoyable. Also, my favorite character is Doc. He is very funny, and his invention is wonderful. It's very excellent to make a time machine. I want to the De Lorean. If I time-travel, I'd like to go in the future. I want to know what kind of occupation I get, and I want to see what I'm doing. I can't imagine about my future. So I want to know it. I wish that I have a happy future.

The game of "split-the -watermelon"

I tried to split a watermelon with a stick while blindfolded          

 with my friends, Misaki and Satoko.
We did that at a parking lot of Misaki's house. I blindfolded,
 so I don't know where a watermelon was. They told me the
 location of the watermelon, so I could split it. We ate it. The taste was sweet. After that, we strolled in the neighborhood. I rarely went to this place, so it was very fresh.
We came home from the stroll, and we saw the movie. I was not able to saw the movie till the last. When I visited her house, I want to see it again. It was very happy day!
